Common Cloudflare Notices & What They Mean

Short answer: If you’ve hit a Cloudflare error while adding your domain — don’t worry. Almost every common Cloudflare notice has a simple fix, and we’ll walk you through them below.

PBN LTD is fully integrated with Cloudflare, the world’s largest CDN provider. It’s fast, reliable and free — but every now and then you might see a setup message that looks scary. Here’s what each one actually means and exactly what to do.

🔁 “Site with this domain name already exists”

What it means: Your domain is already sitting in another Cloudflare account somewhere — either an old one of yours, or someone else’s. This usually happens if:

  • You added the domain to a different host or project in the past
  • A previous owner used the domain and never removed it

How to fix it — step by step:

  1. Check your PBN LTD dashboard first — make sure the domain isn’t already added under your own account.
  2. Open a support ticket from your dashboard and let us know the domain name.
  3. Attach proof of ownership — a screenshot from your domain registrar (e.g. Namecheap, GoDaddy) showing the domain in your account is perfect.
  4. We’ll do the rest. Our team will manually release the domain from the other Cloudflare account for you — usually within a few hours.

🚫 “Site cannot be added to Cloudflare at this time”

(Often followed by something about Enterprise support or domain restrictions.)

What it means: Cloudflare has blacklisted the domain and won’t let it onto their network. This isn’t something we can override — it’s a Cloudflare-side block. The usual reasons are:

  • The domain was used for phishing in the past
  • A malware infection was left on it during a previous installation
  • Abuse reports were filed against the domain elsewhere

How to fix it — step by step:

  1. Delete the domain from your PBN LTD dashboard.
  2. Re-add the domain using a different CDN provider — BunnyCDN, KeyCDN or CDN77 all work great. See our guide on how to change your CDN provider if you’re not sure how.

❗ Important — blacklisted domains can’t come back

Once Cloudflare has blacklisted a domain, it cannot be reinstated by us or by Cloudflare support. Switching to another CDN provider is the only way forward — and the good news is it takes about two minutes.

📌 Quick tips to avoid Cloudflare errors

  • Always use the nameservers shown in your PBN LTD dashboard — don’t copy them from anywhere else.
  • 🚫 Don’t try to manage your domain directly on Cloudflare.com — we handle the CDN integration automatically on your end.
  • 🆘 Stuck? Just open a support ticket from your dashboard with the exact error message and we’ll sort it out for you.
