Questions people ask
Do I need a hosting plan?
No. Client reports is sold on its own and reports on any domains you look after, whether or not they are hosted with us.
Does my client see your name anywhere?
No. The report page and the PDF carry your logo, your colours, your agency name and your words. There is no menu, no branding of ours and nothing about your account on it.
Can the e-mail come from my address?
On Pro and above the e-mail carries your sender name, and replies go to your address once you have confirmed a code we send there. The e-mail is still delivered by our servers, which is deliberate: sending as your domain would fail your own domain’s anti-spoofing checks and land the report in a spam folder.
Does a report use my search credits?
No. A report only reads what your account has already collected, so making one costs you nothing on top of the tools you already pay for.
What if a client has nothing tracked yet?
A section with nothing to say is left out, so a report is never padded. Once a tool starts collecting for that client’s domains, its section appears by itself.
Can I stop somebody sharing the link on?
Yes. Every link expires by itself, and you can switch one off at any moment — it stops working immediately for everybody who has it. Links are never indexed by search engines.
Can I read a report before it goes out?
Yes. Set the schedule to “only when I ask”, or let it build and send it yourself when you are happy with it.
Can I cancel?
Nothing renews automatically. We remind you before a plan ends, and your clients, looks and past reports are kept whether you renew or not.
